You simply provide txt2buy a list of the products you wish to sell through the txt2buy platform, txt2buy uploads the product inventory and the products are live for sale. You simply add a call-to-action to your offline advertising and consumers can come across your advert, text the keyword to the shortcode and purchase your product directly from the ad.

How do I (the retailer get paid)?

txt2buy collects the funds on your behalf as we are processing the payment and taking the funds from the customers registered debit or credit card. txt2buy forwards you the funds less the agreed commission at the end of each working week.

How do we get informed of orders? Is this in real time?

txt2buy provides an API which links our platform into your order fulfilment system. As soon as we process a payment and order, the order information is transmitted live directly into your fulfilment system in order deliver the product.

Is txt2buy secure?

Do txt2buy charge consumers?

No. Your customers only ever pay the full price of the product they are purchasing from you, through txt2buy. txt2buy never charges the consumer to send or receive text messages. When using txt2buy, consumers pay standard network rates for all text messages sent.

Do consumers have to download any applications or use the mobile internet to use txt2buy?

No. In order to use txt2buy, consumers simply need to have an SMS enabled mobile handset and a debit or credit card. txt2buy required no new technology, no internet access and no applications.

How much does txt2buy cost?

The pricing structure depends upon anticipated volume of sales through the txt2buy platform. txt2buy charges a fixed cost per transaction for the secure Level 1 PCI payment processing, encrypted data breakdown and storage as well as a % commission on everything processed through the platform.
